Ocala Karate and Fitness

   Hi Everyone,

  I just wanted to give everyone a very special congratulations on their testing.  Everyone did very, very well and I am excited about all the new material that we now have to cover.  The judging board expressed very positive comments about how well everyone did on their first test.  All your hard work on the dojo floor is beginning to show.  Belts and Certificates were distributed last week, and I can’t express enough how proud of everyone that I am.  What we do here is very difficult and takes a tremendous amout of work both mentally and physically.  As everyone continues to progress, you will feel how our karate begins to make positive changes on your life both from a physical stand point and mental.  So keep up the hard work and we’ll see you next week on the floor.
