Closing out week 3 of SELF DEFENSE
Here we go everybody.
We’re wrapping up week #3 in the Self Defense class here at Ocala Karate & Fitness. www.ocalashinbukan.com. We’re happy to see that 4 more people joined the class this week and we all had a real good workout Tuesday night. Tomorrow nights class is going to have everyone leaving with a smile too. We are going to be working on some really fun drills that are not only really neat to practice, but will begin to develop our members timing and distance.
These are some of the most critical things any Self Defense class must get across to its members. We have to know how to move, which way to move, and what to do AFTER we move. And Ocala Karate and Fitness’s Self Defense Black Belt Program delivers exactly that.
Now I know that many of you might not think that you can do this stuff, but trust me when I say that its not hard to learn. All of these drills have been designed for exactly that! Alright everyone,
We’re halfway through the first week at Ocala Karate & Fitness and we are starting 2010 out with a bang! We’re as pumped up as all of our members going full tilt into the New Year. Every one’s a little sore this week after taking the Holiday off, but its all part of the journey. It’s always good when you look around the class and everyone is groaning and laughing together. It’s what really makes you feel alive. It’s like I tell all the members . . . ” Anyone can sit home on the couch and stare blankly into the TV. But NOT everyone has the motivation to make a huge difference in their lives and get out on the Dojo floor and work out.”
Besides, in today’s world everyone has DVR’s and Tivo so you can always watch it when you get home, AFTER you work out. Trust me on this one, you’ll thank me for the advise in a few years. We’re reved up and excited about the HUGE year we have coming up. The new Self Defense Class, www.ocalaselfdefense.com , 5 days per week of Cardio Class, and 4 days per week of Karate. What more could you ask for?

What an awesome night we had here at Ocala Karate & Fitness. Tonight marked the first Cardio Kickboxing NIGHT class for 2010 and man was it packed. We had 16 people in class tonight all kicking it up a notch to reach all their goals for 2010. And Ocala Karate & Fitness’s Cardio Kickboxing and Cardio Circuit class is just what the doctor ordered.

Getting Fit has never been easier
Talk about burning calories and getting in shape fast ! Our members tonight were smiling from ear to ear when the class ended. Of course they were all exhausted, but that ’s the reason they were all smiling. They could all tell that this was the workout that they were all needing. Our Carido Class is a unique combination of muscle toning, strength training drills that are combined with some heart racing drills that produce just the right intervals to create one heck of a workout.
